Padel is a physical sport that carries a risk of injury. By checking in, you confirm the following:

I understand and accept that I participate at my own risk, whether in general match play, training, or coaching sessions.
I agree that The Pollen Club accepts no responsibility for injury, accident, or lost/stolen items.
I confirm I am fit to play and will wear appropriate footwear.
I understand that during coaching sessions, I must follow the coach’s instructions for my own safety.
I consent to The Pollen Club recording this waiver as proof of agreement.
